About the Tour de 4
Following last year's success, the Tour de 4 is returning to Glasgow this September!
The cycling challenge was born from Sir Chris Hoy鈥檚 vision to change perceptions around stage 4 cancer following his own diagnosis.
He's encouraging all those affected by cancer, directly or indirectly, to come together for this inclusive cycling event. There are various routes and distances available, and anyone can take part.

Choose your route
In 2026, the different route options and distances were as follows:
- Red Ride (92km)
- Blue Ride (62km)
- Green Ride (1km family route)
- Yellow Ride (static bikes inside the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome)
No matter which you choose, you鈥檒l be riding alongside others with the shared goal of raising awareness of advanced cancer while raising vital funds to help us continue providing free practical and psychological cancer support.
